Last night I tried writing this at home. I knew what I wanted to write about but the words wouldn't come. My plan was to write a post, put it on my flashdrive, and take it to an internet cafe and upload it. For some strange reason, however, I have to write these things in the blogger window. No internet at home means this stuff doesn't get written at home. And so, what is it that I wanted to write about? Just a status report, I suppose. I haven't seen my live-in girlfriend in three days, and I've pretty much decided to kick her out. We'll see what actually happens, however, when we're face to face. I'm not exactly mad with her. Being gone for days at a time is not outside of her character. I guess I just realized that I don't exactly need her. I've never really liked her very much, but I've always been quite attached to her, regardless. But like I said, we'll see what happens. That wasn't really what I wanted to write about, though. What I wanted to say is that I've been doing a lot of work on my art. I've been learning my songs and combing through my computer to assemble old media into a consumable form. I was offered a gig at some festival in New Mexico next summer, and I think I'm going to try and put together a band and a tour based around it. Like the girlfriend situation, however, I'm not taking my own predictions too seriously. Oh, and one last thing, I've started blogging again. I accidentally let my personal web-site go down, and I'm letting it stay down. I've got a few other personal portals on the web, but they are not text-friendly. So here we are again.
